Air is the story of a young wanderer named yukito who travels around looking for a girl in the sky. During a stop in a small town, he encounters Misuzu who eagerly befriends the young man and offers him to stay at her house for a while and being poor and in a new town, he accepts and is greeted by Misuzu's hilarious alcoholic mother. The story periodically shifts beetween two times. the 1st summer and the 1000th summer which are very closely tied together (this makes more sense after you watch it and since its only 12 episodes anyway it should'nt be a bother)

Yukito Kunisaki: A young man on a journey to find :the girlin the sky". Generally a tough guy loner, he dosen't seem to be much of a nice guy but when he opens up, he is quite likeable and at times, quite funny Misuzu Kamio: A sincere young girl who for some reason has few friends... She has a cute personality and is always smiling but she has a certain sadness deep inside Haruko Kamio: Misuzu's mother. An alcohol obsessed drunk who causes most of the hilarity in the show. She deeply loves Misuzu but something seems to be drawing them apart... Now, I really must say this to get it off my chest...she is HOT. (except in the movie) Very HOT. OK I feel better now Kanna (Short for Kannabi No Mikoto): A girl that was raised inside a shrine 1000 years ago. She is one of the winged beings. She was to live in the shrine forever because winged beings are thought to bring destruction on man but she managed to escape from the shrine to seek out her mother whom she had not seen since birth. Ryuuya: The bodyguard to Kanna and Uraha. He is an amazing swordsman who has betrayed hishigher ups to help Kanna be able to see her mother Uraha: The hand maiden to Kanna when she lived in the shrine. She cares deeply for Kanna and helps her escape the shrine

Nothing to scream about...its well timed but nothing out of the ordinary...However I do very much like the opening theme which is quite catchy and sounds nice.

Very nicely done. It suits the mood of the anime entirely. The boobs are proportional to that of an average human being too which is something I found quite surprising. Another thing to point out is that though this is an emotional anime there are a few action seens which to my surprise, were very good. All in all, the animation is superb

I Highly reccomend this anime to anyone and almost guarantee your satisfaction with it

I have saw all 13 episod of this tittle so I think you should make some new EPISOD.

I Think This Story is good and it also wierd when I dont no the story.

I guess I'm not the type who enjoys watching a prolonged dialouge type anime. AIR received such good remarks that I thought it was worth the time, but no. It was neither impressive nor moving to me. Perhaps the best part was at the end when the girl her "mom" because to me, I was like "wow, finally over". Besides, the drawing was okay, and the plot, well let's just say I've seen better plots made by kindergarteners.

i wanted to cry at the "goal" scene ;p it was the scene that had the most impact...i think. its impossible to put into words so just WATCH IT!!
