It was a time when pirates ruled the seas. Several bands of pirates were battling over the great hidden treasure, One Piece, which was left by the now legendary pirate captain, G. Roger. There was a young boy who admired the pirates. His name was Luffy. One day, he mistakenly eats the devil's fruit and turns himself into a rubber human being. Ten years have passed since that incident. Luffy sets out to sail all alone. He sets out to become a great pirate captain and that's when his great adventure begins. I'm going to be the Pirate King! I'm going to get "One Piece!".

I totaly loves the characters. There are all sort of people in the story and it just keeps coming more strange guys. Here is some Info about the main character. Luffy is a young boy who wishes to become a pirate. Luffy greatly admires Shanks, the leader of a gang of pirates staying in his town, but one day he accidentally eats their spoil of battle, a "Devil Fruit". The fruit's effect made it so that Luffy could never swim for the rest of his entire life, but his body also obtained the mysterious power to move like it was rubber! However, immediately after that, he angered Shanks' enemies, the bandits, and was tossed into the water in the middle of the sea. As he was drowning a monster attacked Luffy, but in a split-second Shanks was there to save him! Ten years later, using Shanks' straw hat as his trademark, Luffy set out for sea. His great journey to become a pirate had begun. Searching for companions, the exultant Luffy has set off towards the "Grand Line" with his first crew mate, "Pirate Hunter Zoro". But, along the way, they became involved in a fight between the Buggy pirate crew and Nami, the Pirate Thief. Luffy, who realizes that Nami has excellent navigation skills wanted to take her to his crew... And Luffy is always hungry, always happy and smiling and a big baka but I love him very much - he's great

The music is some sort of good but it was better at the beginging of the series.

The Animation is lovely.

Okayyyyyyyyyyyyy.......... The first several episodes may not pull you in, but this is something that builds onto you. It's slow and steady in the beginning, only giving you the superficial surface taste. When you are all ready, prepared and ready to see a.............WHOLE NEW WORLD......... This anime will BRING IT! It'll show WHY it's the BEST ANIME OF 2000. And when you actually see the background of each character. You'll be reminded of Naruto........... How well they did backgrounds on their character is ON PAR. This anime has ENDLESS ADVENTURE. Not only that......... If this was a STOCK, it would be MICROSOFT, CONSTANTLY GETTING BETTER... And the fillers are actually fun to watch. Much more than Naruto or Bleach. This is mostly an Action/Adeventure/Comedy type of anime. The amount of different characters is AMAZING. You don't get bored because you see so many different characters with different abilities, and most of the fighting puts you on the edge of your seat. This almost made me feel like Dragonball Z.... When I was a kid I woke up early to see every episode. This is practically ranks in the same as Naruto, Bleach, Dragonball Z, Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist, it's an edge seater. The difference between this anime and those is....... THERE IS ENERGY THAT YOU CAN'T SEE IN THIS ANIME.... This anime has an energy I feel from listening to my favorite music. Once you get into the later episodes, and you have time to watch it... You may become addicted... You may become a KAIZOKU FAN. A ONE PIECE FAN. Like I am. You will be watching this because it's like watching a new Dragonball Z episode. Or your favorite TV Series. So far I'm on Episode 367 going to download the next episode hopefully as soon as it comes out.... Now don't be scared that you need to watch alot!!! You will catch up very soon if you watch 1 A DAY. Personally, if you ask me.... "Is it WORTH MY TIME and my LIFE?!?!?"................... I would reply, "OF COURSE!!! YOU BAKAYARO!!!! THIS HAS BECOME MY DRUG!!!! THIS ALMOST HAS THE ENERGY OF 'Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann' Which is translated in english, 'Heaven Shattering Gurren Lagann.' KUSOOOOYAROOOOOOO!!!! So there you have it. One Piece has just as much energy as my writing does. Or maybe even more! You will WANT to watch it more and more the deeper you go. You will almost never get out unless you somehow forget about it.... But it's worth it... Cause I DAI DAI DAI SUKI this anime. Don't forget the extra DAIs. HAHAHA, YES NOW YOU MUST WATCH IT AND SUFFER LIKE I AM... GETTING WITHDRAWALS OF HOW GOOD IT IS. BREATHING HEAVILY LIKE AN INFURIATED RHINO, READY TO EXPLODE INTO EACH EPISODE I DOWNLOADED. I'm about ready to SEXILY POUNCE INTO MY FORSAKEN BED, and FURIOUSLY SNUGGLE UP to QUIETLY SNARLE and then VIGOROUSLY SLEEP MYSELF TO THE NEXT EPISODE!!! DMC!!! *Ahem*............... Damn, it's been a long time folks, probably about 2 years... Anyways, I was in high school before, now I'm in college. Still watching anime, and let's say the next anime that's going to be super popular is D.Gray-man, if it isn't already super popular by now. Well, that's an anime I recommend. Usually the anime, I recommend, gets on the popular list, like naruto and One Piece, and Full metal Alchemist. I just need to watch the first episode to know if it's going to be the one of hte most popular anime's in teh world. And D. Gray-man appears to be heading the same direction as Naruto, Bleach, One Piece, and some Other anime, in terms of POPULARITY. So, expect it to be featured as the popular title in BAKA-UPDATES. That's just from my anime experience. I level up every few anime series I watch, my wisdom and strength goes up after... I'm jk about that but yea... I wish... I hope somebody makes a review about it cause it's definitely one of my current top 15, out of over 500 anime series, I've watched, excluding movies. I'm all the way up-to-date. Ep. 62. Damn it's good... I don't know how many anime series I've watched, but every year I finish at least 40. Well, starting from freshman of high school to college. I'm sure I've got a little WISDOM in anime. Never the less my ability to write funky sentences is still in tact. I've just increased my vocabulary, from graduating high school but that's about it. Yea, there is nothing much to say for one piece. The reviews basically tell you that approximately 80% of the people give it a 10. And this one weird dude, and a few other people gave it a 0, when it's actually supposed to be a 10. And so far I've only seen one or 2 8s and 9s. in this entire One Piece review thing, and yes, I read at least 95% of the reviews. I think, unless there is a review that cloaked in front of me.... Oh well... I'm stil watching One Piece, and all my other Previous stuff, like Naruto Shippuuden, Bleach, D.Gray-man, Konjiki no Gash Bell!!, Capeta, Eyeshield 21, Gintama, Legendz, MaRChen Awakens Romance, Blue Dragon, You're Under Arrest Full Throttle, Kyou Kara Maou! R, Aoki Densetsu Shoot!, Demashita!, Power Puff Girls Z, Shakugan no Shana Second, Keroro Gunsou, Detective Conan(This is good too, it proved itself, I don't need to say anything.), Genshiken 2, Shion no Ou, Da Capo II, School Days, Nana, The Prince of Tennis: The National Tournament Semifinals, School Rumble S2, Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan Second Series, Kekkaishi, Black Jack TV and that's as much as I can think of at the top of my head.... Sorry, if I missed some other anime. Like Rental something... Anyways... I gotta go soon. This list was incomplete, I'm watching alot more and I'm also watching some older anime, because it takes too long to wait for each anime. I watch anime, EVERYDAY... And I also, workout, EVERYDAY. Working out is the funnest though... Yea, I was just bored so I started to talk a little after 2 years. Sometimes I want to say something after I watch a bunch of anime eps. and series.
