The story is about tennis as you can see from the title. The main character in this case is Echizen Ryoma. The story starts with Echizen going to Seigaku junior highschool. At Seigaku, Echizen is able to meet many great tennis players. From there, Echizen joins the tennis club and goes on to compete in many different tournaments with the club.

This is one awesome anime! I'm pretty sure ^_^Teddie would agree to that.

The tennis actions are spectacular. There are moves that takes a lot of imagination to come up with. You've got to see it for yourself.

The story mainly focuses on tennis, but there are the occasional side stories about love, which happens in the form of having a crush.

Prince of Tennis is a must see. Anyone that likes sports anime should definitely watch this.

It deserves a high 7, but no more. Maybe tennis just isn't THAT appealing to me.. but come to think of it, I dont play GO but i watch Hikaru no Go with absolutely no problems... must be the animation then?

Excellent mix of action, drama, and comedy. The cast of characters is excellent: everyone has their own unique personality and is easy to like. The music is great, too. This is the only series I've watched for over 100 episodes without getting sick of it. Prince of Tennis is just plain fun to watch.

This is one of the best anime's about sports. The pictures are awesome, the music is awesome, etc.

This anime is great, it sure can pull you in. I only wish Anime-Otakus would sub it faster.
