Gravitation is about Shindou Shuichi , the singer and songwriter of the band "Bad Luck", falling in love with a famous romance novelist named Yuki Eiri. Yuki is a cold hearted bastard who acts completely cruel to Shuichi. Anyways, as the story goes on, the relationship grows deeper and Shuichi continues to try to make it into the music world.

Poor Shuichi (;_;) has to deal with the cruelness of Yuki.

Anyways I definally recommend this to anyone who's open minded, and isn't afraid of a little kiss ^_^ The Plot is great, the Animation is great, the Music is great... All and All, a great anime ^_^

I don't really know why there is a sudden comparison between Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny and Gravitation. I completely agree with meiline on the fact that there isn't much (If at all) any similarities between Gundam Seed/Seed Destiny and Gravitation. But seriously, if you're looking for a wacky, comedic yet angsty and romantic short anime series and don't mind a little shounen-ai with lots of songs, then I would highly recommend Gravitation. While comedic in nature most of the time, the series has just enough pain, angst and fluff to spice things up a little and make you go "sob" and give that poor forehead of yours a break from all the headdesking during the series or your stomach a break from all the laughing. ^-^ Not to mention that the seiyuu-casting is brilliant and the songs are fantastic. Gravitation itself is definitely set apart from the other shounen-ai series by the sheer sunny happy-go-lucky cheerful mood it has for a good majority of the episodes and a plot which has a deeper meaning if you look carefully into it unlike some other series which are just completely PWP. ^.^;;; Either way, Gravitation is highly recommended. Short, but enjoyable watch.

ermm....I don't know why you're comparing gundam seed and gravitation together. They don't have a lot of similarites and their plot is WAY different. Gravitation isn't even sci-fi. (Not to say that Gundam Seed isn't good or anything. It's actually better than Gundam Seed Destiny) Anyways, this anime is one of my favorite and would recomend it shounen-ai (guy x guy love) fans. It's not really yaoi, but there are some kissing scenes, so yeah... And if one of the reasons you like Kaikan Phrase is because of the music, I would also highly recomend Gravitaion! The bishies are really cute/hot.^^

if you haven't watched gundam seed yet, do so quickly, it's the best anime that i've seen so far and i've viewed over 50 complete series, following around 10 and seen more anime movies then i can remember. gundam seed is still number one, and i'm not just saying that cause i'm a gundam fan-boy, if you seriously watch the series you'll see what i'm talking about
