There isn't really a story to this anime except the fact they are highschool students going through highschool. Other then that, each episode is approximately 25 minutes long and has 5 different stories in each.

Each main character is unique and posseses different personalities. They range from being dumb to being a genius.

It isn't the best when it comes to animation. Some of the faces can be rather easy to draw. But that also adds in to make it more funny. So it is hard to say if it was intentionally drawn that way, or the artists lack some of the abilities.

One word. Hilarious.
It is a must watch anime if you are into comedy, and if you aren't into comedy, watch it anyways. I guarantee this will be one of the best animes you have ever watched.

An amusing and enjoyable anime. Although there really is no plot, storyline or character development, its just a comedy where you can watch and enjoy the crazy situations that each of the characters witness in their everyday life. If you like comedies where you want to just have a laugh, this is it.

Best comedi anime EVER! The only one that could match a bit Azumanga's madness was Excel Saga. It's just freakin' hilarious the way that the characters are done, very very original. And even though the series loops 3 times, that doesn't really matter because EVERY situation is unique and you can die laughing from them.

HILARIOUS!!! All the characters are great and the subplots are just random. A must see. Problem is that the entire series loops 3 time, since you watch them go through highschool.
