It is kind of a mystery at the start. There is definately something dark in the main character's past, but you only only view glimpses. There is a lot thrown at you in the first episode, which makes me want to watch more just to find out what is going on. I am bad with names, and I forgot them, so bare with me.

Character design is mostly cute. Everyone seems to be a cross between human and some king of animal (with exception of the main character). The Co-star, a girl with cat/wolf/something ears has a really cute and funny reaction to the main character feeling her tail. I could have fainted with cute overload.

Your seemingly normal under-developed village music you also find in many RPG's. But it is well balanced and fits the scenes, so you hardly notice. Because it blends well, i still give it a high score.

It looks to be traditional animation. It is smooth and feels goot on the eye. Nothing outrageously overdone. It is nice to see anime that still is cell drawn.

It looks like a great story from what (I hear) is a pretty story-driven H game. Doesn't look like there will be much H in the series, but you never know. I can't wait to see where the story goes with the dark elements and the romance factor.

So far this anime looks pretty interesting, very good music, decent animation with a nice mix of action and drama with likeable characters and a developing storyline. Very good aspects that could lead to a very good anime, I look forward to see how it progresses. And what does it matter if it came from an H game? I've never seen the game and as long as the anime is entertaining I'll watch it. Oh and I'm a guy and I'm still watching Fate/Stay Night, so don't be ridiculous or so judgemental.

oh god.... I REALLY HOPE... that this anime didn't come from a H-Game O_O........ (and i hope that the review person heard wrong)... because I love the opening animation/song, and this anime seems to be one of the best i've seen so far. ( Fate/Stay Night got somewhat awkward after finding out it was from an H-game)... (awkward as in, I assume many guys will end up downloading the H-stuff when the anime doesnt supply any) which pisses me off because i am a guy

p.s. from the scences during the opening song...it looks like it's gonna get waay more exciting with lots of actions and cool characters that have yet to make their entrance.......=)

i basically really love the op song....really really..and the animation is good with beautiful colors that are plesant to the eyes and the voices aren't bad...but i just don't seem to be into the story....i think it's just not my type though....but to me, it seems a little bit boring so far,....but it's only been the 1st episode so i'll give it the benifit of a doubt and keep watching...at least till episode 5 before i decide if i should keep on watching or dismiss it. p.s...really love the music...but it's for some girls ....nice relaxing sort of romantic in a far-wide landscape scenery old-middle-village-days but also lots of fun-never gonna seperate(the main two characters)gonna be together 4eva.....kind of song.
