What series for Tenchi?
I seek to do my best in all of life's endeavors.
It doesn't always work though Dammit.

which movie?
Narnia. Only children under the age of 12 and have read the books can really enjoy this movie.

So the special effects do nothing for it I gather. I read the book a long time ago ,but I guess from what your saying that its not really a movie adults can relate to.

It runs deeper than the special effects. My biggest gripe was the rateing. Any possible violent or sensational part was so toned down it made scenes look lackluster and unconvincing. Like when someone gets stabbed, there's no blood. It was really hard for me to care or get excited about charcters or events, since it felt so bland and focusless.
The child actors were great though.

Actually I like the OVA's better then the tv series. I got the ones that came with those stupid collectable coins.

That's the problem, they treated it like a kid's movie.
Disney wanted to make a movie that appealed to ages 4-104, they just forgot everyone in the middle.
Narnia is PG, the last Potter movie is PG-13. If a big part of the movie is someone getting stabbed then the rateing should be bumped anyways.

Yeah, Disney made the movie.
A big thing in the news was that they were using Narnia as a way to get Christian support. I've got the article somewhere in my room, but i'll be damned if I go looking for it without at least a knife to protect me.

The bigger news for me was they went after EVERYBODY. Christians only made up 5%.

Sadly, marketing first, movie second.

Got a few dresses from Neiman Marcus to go to a Christmas party....I couldn't decide which one to wear so I got them all. Unfortunaltley, I'll have to return the ones I don't wear....they are just way too expensive to keep. I have no idea which one to keep though.
