i was taught/told tat the safe voltage value is 0-30 volts, and 5mAmps but isnt amps jus the speed of which electricity is travelling?

amps is how much punch the electricity has.


Thats why people can get hit by lightening and survive, cause its several hundred thousand volts, but its very short in the amp department.

Amps measure current which is the (thinks back) well I could make a bad guess. The current is the load of electrons that is moving along at one time or something.

Amps...sounds like amplitude. Physics suck anyway.
