Okay, um…well I was trying to think up a new character for the manga I’ve been brainstorming and this is what I came up with. Unfortunately I can’t exactly use it since it looks like a cross between Kenshin and Sesshomaru. Nonetheless I thought I’d share it, seeing as how the forums rather quiet at the moment…

Thank you for the kind words Mel. Unfortunately I don’t have a ant art membership. I’ve never gotten around to making one.

It’s never too late to start up again Tuffs. Last summer I didn’t draw once! Needless to say I was kinda rusty when I started up again.

The only time I draw is when I’m supposed to be doing schoolwork…heh.

Okay, I thought I'd bump this :P

I’ve been, or was, messing around with writing a script for a manga. I say ‘was’ because I’ve been busy as of late and haven’t been able to add to the story. Anyway, I thought I’d draw the opening scene so that anyone who read it would have a visual of what the characters look like. Although the script does have a brief character description at the top, I think this works a little better. It’s not the final version, it’s just the "I got bored at this point so decided to stop" version.

The Line tool in Ms Paint makes things pretty easy.
Take this for example:

(only 16kb, shouldn't be a problem to load)

Took around 15 minutes. Of course this isn’t the first time I’ve drawn Ichigo, so I generally know what he looks like. This is also just a head…no complicated anatomy to deal with. Although, Kubotite’s art isn’t easy to mimic…then again I’ve practiced with it a little. Blah…I’m rambling.

That’s actually quite, more often then not, true. Then again, I rarely draw on unlined paper, (the ones posted are the exception.)


Anyway~

On today’s menu we have some fan art with two of the main characters from the animation AIR. I did my best to mimic the style, and for the most part it turned out pretty good.
