:D I'm a total cockazn, yah. So I heard it was pho paus. Wtf that is. Is that thai for "ramen of five leaves"?

Tamagoyaki can't be too hard. Is that pretty much "fried eggs" or is there more to it? Sukiyaki is boiled cheese brains. I am not making sense anymore. Cock-Azn. lol. ~__~ need to sleep

I assume the broth also includes beef, cuz there are variety of broths...I guess I would order it as Kuitiaw Nuer Sen Lek which would be like, "yo I want Beef soup with thin rice noodle" =/

but yea that type of noodle is rice noodle, while ramen's noodle is made from wheat flour and add egg for yellowness
oh and tamagoyaki is actually trickier to make than the typical omelette cuz it actually got layers and stuff... '_'

Nah, it's just not quite the same. I'd even double it, like in some fancier joints.
Flour, egg, flour, egg, panko.
