it probably only happens in Thailand....where there's like a rental shop full of all licensed series in thailand (which is like a lot cuz it seems like they license every existing manga except hentai) and you could borrow it at 10% of its original price which is like around 4 baht per manga :)
Kinda like a library...except that you have to pay :(

That's because it's technically against the copyright law, even says so in a manga page itself, and you know how America is so bitchy about copyright law. That's the whole reason why you don't see it around :(

Berserk still kicks everythings ass, but Zetman srsly hit the spot with the themes it deals with and how it deals with them.
It's kinda awkward though to see an asian "superhero comic" better done than most in the US (of course nothing beats batman).

I like Ouran High school host club , skip beat ,and crimson hero
