Saw the movie Katyn tonight with my girlfriend. Its pretty good and worth watching if you don't mind the subtitles.

Philosophical, realistic, detective-ish, loyal to the comic-ish....sure, but it was boring, I'd agree with Alan Moore's objection concerning most of his works' adaptations (except 300 and V for vendetta)

Underworld - Rise of the Lycans. I liked it, especially all the sweaty muscly shirtless bodies running around. That's usually not me at all...eye ballin the mens and stuff.

well i loved it, but i can see where your coming from. i think the problem is maybe you were expecting a cut and paste super hero action movie... which really this isn't, and while the movie does have its share of action its not the focus of the story... and the previews did it no justice by hyping it as an action movie...

i mean... its about washed up super heroes ffs

its really cool tho, and like you said philosophical.
