It's hard to imagine jsut how much money Blizzard are making off WoW o_o but it must be in the order of millions per week.

It has 11 million monthly subscribers o_o; How much does it cost per month? If it was, say, USD$10, Blizzard are getting 10 mil per month. Well, minus the costs of running servers and such, so maybe 9.5mil per month. Which is 300k per day.

That's pretty sweet... Nothing on the huge multinationals like coke or red bull or nokia, but good for a game company.

warcraft 1 did pretty well, really. Did Blizzard make the Baldur's Gate games or was that someone else?

But yeah, normal games bring in a one-time purchase moneys (plus occasional expansion packs) and plus sequels, of course, but MMORPGs are a monthly income which isn't subject to piracy loss and is neverending. No one gives up wow.
So yah... Blizzard know how it's done.

I wonder who made Baldur's Gate then. Infinity Ward comes to mind, but they made COD4 and I don'[t think they were into the d&d clicky thing. I think Baldur's Gate might've used the Infinity engine or something, idk.

I've been playing plenty of Rock Band lately :D It's so great. Even better now that my dude got a GH4 drum kit for it. Peow peow bang bang.

I've been playing Rock Band 2 :D It's so cool. Anyone else an expert drummer? It's super zoom.
My band I play in on my friend's xbox has 52 million fans :D woop.

I don't play on my own ps3 version as much because Sony's completely dropped the ball and the PS3 version is retarded and crippled here in New Zealand, but that's ok. It's still cool making dudes.

I am a bit wary of this one. How is it compared to the other DS titles?

Sell your guitar hero and get rock band. It's a whole lot more fun, despite being essentially the same.

Oh btw here are pics of my two rock band band members I've been using lately:
Chicken Choker:

and Cherry Eclair:

Photos of tv screens are cool xd.
Post pics of yours up if you like dressing cool dudes for games.
