American is languege is the same as English, only few words are different and the Americans uses more slangs or substitute words for the real words that are foudn in the dictionary.

But in overall, its more or less the same, or atleast very close to it.
Like Swedish and Norweigan, both langueges are very close and 90-99% perfectly understandable, just like American is.

Now kids, that was what i meant ;)

And yes i know that not that many countries has english as native languege, but the swedish didnt know much english back during the days when a big portion of the swedish population emigrated to America either, aswell as emigrants from other countries...

Agreed, im told that if your around 170+ cm then you should weigh around 70-80, ofcourse it also depends on wether your a dude or a girl... Believe it was the physician in bootcamp that told me, since i was a little overweight before i went into bootcamp, then got underweight when i was done with it. Now... if this is true, then im about 10 kilo overweight -_-

Weight and height are loosely related o_o fat and muscle and body types are weird.

For guys I think that 170cm/80kg is kind of overweight. That's just my cool opinion though... I don't like fat at all o_o

Oh, you do running? Not a problem o_o I had assumed you were skinny from sitting around in from of the playstation drinking diet coke or something.
Runners are the healthy kind of weedy.

Bah! Thats just sad man, fat keeps you warm, and the body needs fat in order to burn fat (you can look that up, if you dont believe me).

Sure, there is a limit, but it's not the end of the world on being slightly overweight, as long as your healthy... I mean... I am not fit, but I can still handle physical activities, without collapsing.

Hell, i even work in T-Shirt during winter... (Construction/Ground Labouring), without even feel slightly cold, and rarly get sick or ill from it.
Only time I do get sick is when my nieces or my pears are generous enough to share -_-

So... little fat isn't all that bad. :P
