some of these achievments for portal are pretty hard
i.e. using only 9 portals to get to the goal

Oh right, there's an xbox360 version. Must be cool for Portal, I wouldn't want to play TF2 or HL2:2 with a pad, though.

i couldn't imagine trying to do TF2 with a pad, even if it autoaimed.

anyone who needs a mouse to play FPS sucks at FPS
i dont care what you say...gamepad >>>> keyboard
more than enough to outweigh lack of mouse (which incidentally i do not miss)

you can not compare console FPS to PC FPS because console FPS are slower paced and usually have assisted aiming to make up for the lack of prescission that a mouse has

Fixed.
I can't wait for UT3 to be released. The PS3 players will be easy pickings.

i like using both, more towards gamepad past couple of years
mouse is definitely for the most precise head shots without auto aim(im lookin at you halo2)
when there's no auto aim its just as sweet
hopefully the crazy lag issues get patched soon, or i'll just go for the pc version of team fortress 2

how can it be slower paced if the game in question is the same game that was on the pc?
also most console fps come with the option to turn off auto-aim...
tell you what, when we get cross-platform mulitplayer you can use you mouse with its kiddy-friendly aim and ill still kick your ass

Why do you think you can't play TF2 with PC players on an xbox? Are you just ignorant?

i could well have been...if such a system had not already been implemented in other games...
