But I mainly play MeltyBlood or GGXX Core in the arcade now. No one is playing ID.

I'm sort of a snob when it comes to console RPGs -- 85% are just average, 10% completely suck (*cough* Legend of Dragoon), and only 5% are superb.

That being said, my top console RPGs:

1. Dragon Warrior 4

(the rest are in no order)

whereas not all exclusive...ps3 has plenty of good games

and incidentally...i own all 3 consoles
if i had to keep one...it would be the ps3, and yes heavenly sword is that damn good!

I found Rogue Galaxy to be pretty disappointing. Don't get me wrong -- I LOVE Level 5 (specifically because they did Dragon Quest 8, and my obsession, besides Ultima, is Dragon Quest), and I love the item/level up system. The gameplay, however, is fucking garbage. The game in general reminded me too much of Grandia, where there are basically zero side quests, talking to NPCs does nothing ever, and the landscape all looks identical. A town is just a winding maze with no redeeming sections (like they copied and pasted chunks), etc.

I dunno, really good concept (reminded me of a space version of Skies of Arcadia) but the lack of side quests, boring cut and paste environments and such didn't do it for me. :(

No, I haven't played either, I was just trolling. I spend too much time on /v/.

I almost broke my arm off today playing Wii. I just got it today and I played it non-stop... Enough that I didn't even set up my new computer until late. At one point I could barely operate the mouse because my arm wouldn't move. I suspect something similar tomorrow.

I like the games on 360 and Wii, but for me, Wii > *. PS3 just makes me laugh, because I used to be the biggest Sony fanboy until it was actually released.

I used to be a total Wii Fanboy until i finally played on one. Fun system but at this point, i feel like it is a total waste of money.

I think i'll pick one up when Smash Bros comes out.

As for the PS3, i suggest that you play either Heavenely sword or Warhawk and then judge it.

It's like me saying the 360 is a crap system because all it has are FPS games, and i know thats not true.

I think that come november, the people with PS3's will buy more games for it since it will also have rumble in it.

the only thing that would make a difference is the achievements, and well if its EA then the gameplay too <_<

harrisons only comments on the trophy system thus far were something like follows:

"I dont think they are needed. I think it will be fine if we just award players a single achievement for owning the game"
