I am eating the most delicious home-made tuna melt sandwich with pepper jack cheese. What sandwich do YOU like?

Nothing beats just butter spread on freshly baked bread.
A good second is butter-tomato slices-black pepper & salt-mature cheddar.

If you make a melt it should have: rucola, pine nuts, fried chunks of Pecorino Romano (very important!), onion and topped with Gruyére or Emmentaler.

A little thin turkey or bologna, miracle whip (not mayo!), on white bread
Mushroom & mozzerella on rosemary/onion focassia bread panini from Panera
Egg sandwich! (2eggs, salt, pepper, 1slice of cheese, all scrambled together smoothly -like keep stirring the eggs so big chunks don't form easily-, put on white bread with...you guessed it, miracle whip!)

how could I forget how delicious a BLT is...or a grilled cheese with tomato soup for dipping...or the masterful egg salad sandwich. I also like pickles on my sandwiches or trying out different mustards on turkey sandwiches.
