I dont think it was that slow thanks to the commonly used words list when you hit a letter. it was prolly more like 20 wpm. it sucked ass tho. The resolution on a normal TV is garbage.

serious? Wall-riding was great in GT3, but I totally couldn't do it in GT4... it was always slower than driving properly.
That and, whenever I crashed into a wall, the dodgy physics bothered me so I always tried to stay on the track ^^;
and cats. But yeah, pay per car woild be seriously shitty... unless you get, say, 500 cool cars and you can pay for stylish old ones which only a few people in the world would like.

If the Xbox marketplace is anything to go by they'll sell you new cars as "downloadable content" two months after the game is released, however the cars will have been on your disc all along and all you are paying for is a key to unlock them.
Which is rubbish, imo.

It certainly is rubbish, my friend, but it opens up some some useful bug exploits for free game money by downloading/deleting patches, so I would be ok with that.

I mean... well, it's still rubbish, actually. Though I'm ok with it if I think about it from the perspective that I pay one price for the game... and some people will be paying extra for extra cars that I wouldn't care about.. you know? so it's like I'm paying a slightly-below-average price for the game.
This logic would be great if I didn't believe the price of the gaames were seriously jacked up in the first place o-o;
