If you have ever worked in a hosptal you'd understand that there is no such thing as "screening" a patient, unless he or she has visible external injuries. The majority of ER cases are people suffering from internal problems. Even with a history chart it can be difficult to gauge. I won't waste my time explaining the intracacies of hospital politics, but hey like I said I don't like it either.
