Connecting Avi clips

i'm burning some .avi files to a dvd so that it will be playable on a dvd player
that i have no problem with, what i do need to figure out is how i can make
say, 5 clips into one file..>_>

i'm burning porn and it's a double disk!

when authoring the dvd, i'm able to fit both discs of the porn onto one dvd, but when nearing the end of disk 1 going to disk 2, it stops and goes back to the title menu
for me and you this is not so much a problem, but the people i give these dvds to, they say, "SeeG! i was about to bust a nut and the movie just shuts off! WTF :kick SeeG in the ballz:"
is there a way i can connect these two .avi files so i can just have one streaming title?

How long is each clip? If both clips exceeds 120 minutes, then even though you burn it, you won't be able to see the whole file.

But if the total time is less than that, just join them up using VirtualDub and save the file into another .avi file and then burn it up as per normal using your preferred burning software.

I answered him months back in IRC. Just didn't think this would get bumped again. What he needed was an avi joiner and as far as I could tell, it seemed to work well for him.
