Worst pain ever had to be when I was mountain biking and fell. I landed right on the side of my left knee and my bike fell on the other side of the knee. I couldnt move it for about five to six minutes. I've sprained my ankles, etc. many a time, but this was the first time I simply couldnt move because of the pain.

when i was real little my dad slammed all my fingers in the car boot...though weirdly enough when he unlocked and opened it again there was no external damage or broken bones or anything

2 or 3 years ago...
i was running on some terrain through a pool and stepped on a metal plate wich was on its side

cut up my foot till the bone, at that time all i could do is wait for it to heal, and cuz it had to be cleaned i had to put it in hot water with soda in it and pull the wound open..... wound+salt=not realy cool...... never had somuch pain in my life... still hurts
