why is Naruto still such a weak ass???
every other character has gotten much stronger, better/new techniques. But Naruto still cant even do that spiral tech with one hand or w/o a clone.

doesn't look like he improved any at all, not doing anything new nor better. that what it seems at least. Opinions?

well i bet he did and its just not as noticeable cuz the enemies are stronger.
but it just seems like he didn't improve at all compared to everyone else.

i.e.

1.) he still needs a clone to create that spiral tech
2.) he's shown no new ability nor tech, none of his old tech has evovled at all

what do you see as improvement?

Note. everyone is a chuunin, Naruto is a genin. plus when they fought Kakashi back then, Naruto was able to keep up with him now. you saw what he did to the akatsuki dude who blows things up. you cant say he hasnt improved at all.
