all i can say after reading all the gantz manga ... is WHAT THE F*** ?!?!

i mean..they pretty much managed to beat that lightning f*** , then kurono chooses no.1 !!! wtf!! he's like the most pro guy in there man..im sure we want him to choose no.3 or no.2 so we can see more KICK-ASS action ! but thinking of the story , and he's character , it Is kind of reasonable for him to choose 1.. CRAP ...

*btw , anyone got any spoilers as to why the vampires want to kill the "hunters" ?

I've always thought they were something else. I've no real basis to think that, just a feeling.

they actually said that they are aliens in one chapter where Kei's bro stumbled upon their lil video seminar
or, to be more specific, that their vampirism is a result of alien nanomachine technology
and whenever they make an appearance, it's always to take out the "hunters"

what I can't remember is if they explained why/how some1 acquires the nanomachines

Actually, it's the fact that they didn't clearly said that they were aliens but that they were the "results" of an alien technology that lead me to think they where something else. Alien to whom ? To them too ?

Maybe I'm seing too much into this. ^^

i think katou would be pissed at izumi , while izumi's like "ok whatever , talk as much as u want , im not listening"-kinda stuff..lol..

hm..but i wonder what ever happened between izumi and the vamps..cos the vamps are so keen on killing Just izumi..or at least,at a certain chapter it seemed like they only wanted to kill him...And , there's the past of Izumi in the Gantz room , which nishi[the guy who cried mama be4 he died] knows..

And , it seems that Gantz didn't expect the hunters to get into trouble with the vamps , since he decided to off the timer .

they weren't fighting the vamps in the last mission (where the timer stopped)
those super enemies were the "boss aliens" of the plant aliens that Gantz sent them to kill
the vamps were going to jump in, but the plant boss (the big demon guy) told them not to interfere

I answered it already, but I'll give it another go since we're obviously lacking any kind of an attention span

they're aliens (technically ppl infected by alien technology) and thus targets for Gantz
so they're basically trying to beat the "hunters" to the punch by killing them first
the reason they were after Izumi was explained in the same freakin' chapter that they fought him
it's cuz they consider him to be powerful

the stuff on the vamps is in the chapter(s) where Kei's brother is becoming a "vampire" and attends their lil video seminar about how one becomes a vampire (tho I don't recall if they explain why)

the stuff relating to Izumi, as mentioned, is from the chapter where the vamps hunt down Kei and Izumi in the "real world"

sorry.. I can't remember the specific chapters and I'm not re-downloading them all just to find out which ones they are

I'm all for some fleshing out of the other characters (i.e. I'd love to see more of Sakurai and his gf), but Katou is such a freakin' bore
it's the way he deals with his problems... crying like a baby and performing his one man homage to Jesus... so boring.

I just download Illuminati (it's acceptable quality) and then replace it with Shocwave when they make a release
I'd prefer to just go with Shocwave, but I can't keep up with spoiler discussions if if I read new chapters however many weeks behind every1 else
