I give up on drinking.
I think i should start playing WoW again on a friend's metric server.

Edit: I'll never go back to WoW! Water on the rocks is what i'll be drinking for a few weeks.

Seems to work for me. Yesterday i only ate one slice of bread when i woke up at 07:30 in the morning and two slices of bread when i went to bed at 01:30, most likely because i was too busy playing WoW. On days when i just work and watch anime, i eat more.

If you find yourself taking a while away from the game in order to eat then you haven't let the addiction get serious enough, at least if you do it more than twice a day.
