Complaint: The completely wide open wireless network of my next door neighbors, which I have been utilizing for the past two weeks has turned to shit. wtf is wrong with your connection! I'm trying to download anime here - this slow ass speed is making things difficult for me.

Didn't want to start a new thread - kinda fits in this one...

maybe they are downloading stuff now too, or they moved the wireless transmitter :p
