I made this account about 9 months ago thinking that it would be a good place to chat to people about the new animes that came out, but when i looked at some of the post's it made me think twice... I did post something not to long ago but the forum was dieing by then. The only thing i use this website now is for the daily releases.


anyways... the main problem i saw with this forum was its old members and their scare tactics towards the new members :/

Yeah... some members bring it upon themselves o_o I feel a bit bad for them sometimes. But some are really annoying. You'll be alright, Shanks, if you work on your use of apostrophes and remember to drop the "e" when adding "ing" to a verb and also remember that, if a double "i" would be formed in the "ing" verb, change the first "i" to a "y". Unless you're saying "skiing", which is alright.

Oh... their Embassy in New Zealand treated my girlfriend really rudely and made her cry ._. and refused to do the interview for a US visa because she was late. On top of that, they're the only country which won't let us just fly into the airport as a layover to get on another plane and fly out again (They changed the rules becasue they suspected terrorists were using that as a way to gain access to the US -_-). We have to have valid visas. and that's seriously screwing up our travel plans and I'm all shitting my pants worried about getting stuck at customs somewhere, not being able to use our planned airline tickets and having hang around until a super expensive short notice plane ticket pops up. Worst of all, we might not be able to vist Lucky.

So yeah, I hate them with all their arrogance and "open door friendly country cos everyone loves us cos we're the greatest country in the world and we can treat anyone any way we want" lies.

we only found out on Friday that we didn't have visas and actually really needed them ._. Well, I'm ok without one but my girlfriend is in the shit.
I'm takling today off work so I can sit on the phone and talk to heaps of people about what the hell I can do about it, lol.

I just hope we can change our itinerary to avoid the US. Somehow. Even though the travel agent said we couldn't o_o


Btw Mystic o_o That sucks. The whole homeland security thing is super amazing bollocks, eh.
It's funny how they can issue you a visa but it is no guarantee that you can even enter the country. You'd think they'd do whatever checks they needed to do when they were actually issuing the visa, rather than issuing it then having the airport officers think "hmm this guy looks pretty shady, let's throw him in a dark room to remind him that we're in charge here."
