I saw the love guru. I laughed a lot, but it was a dumb movie.

They shouldn't have spliced in drama with comedy. It's what ruined Hancock.

well...actually outside Asia, you guys won't probably get to watch it until next year lol~

LotR was midevil-ish feel...so i just consider it period movie even though it's not...it's not like Hollywood is that impressive with war movies lately
Makes me wonder...what's wrong with america...starting to adapt lots of crappy asian movies into hollywood version....they are getting stupid and less creative seriously...

Well... nah, hollywood has to consider money-making first so it does make sense to pick up something that's already got a fan base and make a new version. It's just good sense.
I would still say that a lot of great movies come out of hollywood o_o They're sparsely interspersed between the endless comic book superhero adaptations and the blockbuster action sequels, however.

I just watched an advanced screening of Hellboy II. It was incredibly meh. Not good or bad, didn't meet my expectations though. It was free, so no loss.

Can't wait for Dark Knight.

Hats are cool.

I saw a retarded eddie murphy movie today. It was surprisingly interesting, considering I watched it in Russian. It would've been awful in English o-o but Russian is funny.
