You say it as though they already don't. Besides after this year I don't have to take anymore math.*waits for next year*

I kinda like maths... it was my best subject back in HS
I was terrible at history... it was interesting, but I just sucked hard at it
my history teacher used to say that I wrote "english essays"
humm... never did manage to break that habit

deja vu
have we talked about this before? o.o

I suck at math I'm best at Social Studies and English then Science and lastly Math. That's not supported by my grades, but it's true because different classes have different circumstances.

I am sooo glad PE was never marked when I was at school I would have soooo failed the course ahahahha (apart from long distance running and cross country as it turned out I was quite good at that.. how weird).. Anyway how do they mark PE.. I've always wondered that.. do the ppl. who come first in races get the top mark or what?

I liked the PE (and got good marks for it), except when we had cross country (hate it!) or handball…Only sports I’ve done is like Ballett (for like ages), Taekwon-do and swimming, so any team sports I had major issues with…In high school we got assignments and tests, like make your own self assessment and make an appropriate training program etc. and our teacher marked us more on enthusiasm and attitude than just plain skill…

ahh I see I see... well its good to know its not marked on pure skill I always wanted to know how they marked PE. I also feel extremely ancient now since they are marking PE in the UK now and when I was doing it, it was more of satisfying the governments criteria for ensuring all children are fit (i.e. do so much exercise a week).. so it was more for fun and never marked... now it seems to have all changed.. mind you if you (shira) had it marked when you did PE I can't be that old (since I am guessing we're close to the same age) maybe the UK is just slow on catching up..

My PE was marked on pure skill, and the teacher gave the people who he knew were good at one sport good marks even if they weren't good at everything else. He also gave them full marks for effort if they sat around and did nothing. If he didn't like you then you got a c- even if you deserved a B, plus if you weren't good in his English class he would give you bad marks in PE.

When I was in high school...damn I sound so old, I had a decent PE teacher. Even though I suck at sports he still gave me good grades because I didn't talk back to him like some of the other people. In my senior year (four years ago) my school implemented this program where you could choose what you wanted to do in gym, seniors got first dibs.
All I did that year was yoga= lay on the floor and sleep (twice), weight room= sit around and talk to your friends (three times), handball= wack tennis balls into the gym wall, or try to peg your friends with tennis balls (twice), Golf (once). I loved gym in senior year, I avoided all unplesentness.
I seek to do my best in all of life's endeavors.

How can you have a girlfriend on the other side of the world? Isn't it hard to see her?

Mine's also not physically with me - 404 miles away to be exact.

Not quite the other side of the world, though.
