doesn't work that way. The blood actually has to enter your bloodstream, which it won't if you're just drinking it. Unless there's a cut in your mouth or something.

Your body system will digest it together with the food you eat.

yes but that doesn't mean it will go into your bloodstream. And even if it would, the HIV virus isn't likely to survive the trip through your stomach acids (that's just a guess tho).

This doesn't mean you should drink HIV infected blood.

Yes, it's important to know your blood type, as well as Rh factor (the + or -) sign after blood type, although Rh factor is more important for pregnancy, but enough of the biology lesson here.
