Manga Review: Death Note

Death Note is pretty similar to the 'Detective Conan' series, but the instead, the BAD guy is merely the smart one, which is also confusing to say he's a good guy.

Story: 8/10 : Great plot (JP, duh)
Art: 9/10 : The artist in this manga also drew 'Hikaru No Go'
Length of Story: 6/10 : In the middle of the manga, it gets boring and the author pretty much stretched it out into MANY seperate chapters.
Characters: 8/10 : Great use of characters and how they react (Also, great imagination on what a Shinigami looks like ;))

Story Summary: One tough genius in a local Tokyo High School found a black note book and has a title 'Death Note'. He went home, he opened it. Inside were names of Already-dead-people in it. The note-book belonged to the shinigami and he 'convieniently' dropped instructions on how to use it. RULE 1: Within 40 sec. the name you've written down with their face in thought will die of a heart attack.

He gave it a chance, and used it. It ended up saving him. Now there are some crime detectives itching to know WHY there have been a case of heart-attacks at a rapid rate. The character, YAGAMI RAIITO/LIGHT is now known as the killer 'Kira'
