Lovely Complex Compared to The Manga

How similar is the anime to the manga? How much of the manga does the anime cover?

I'm sorry, but I've only watched the anime. However, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. Super funny.

The thing that irritated me was when Risa said that she was only 5'8". As a tall girl, the reason I wanted to watch it in the first place was because I thought she would be TALL, not slightly above average. Hell, my grandma's 5'10". >_<

But, in any case, it's a good anime. ^_~

I never really liked Lovely Complex too much... To me, it always looked a bit too sketchy. The Manga was good, but the Anime cut off a few pointers, Especially the romance, it kind of failed.

keep in mind this comes from Japan and there the average height is around 5'0'' in which case Koizumi was 8" taller than the average japanese girl. A japanese guy is rare to be more than 5'9''. Well not sure about now, I find that the newer generations are slightly taller than the previous.
