Odd DL'ing deal (New Releases page vs Series Details page)

Hey, I'm using Internet Explorer 8 and noticed an odd inconsistency. I don't know anything about how IE decides if a page is safe to download from or not, but when clicking a torrent link on the New Releases page, it gives me the weird "Click here to download this file" toast at the top of the screen. It doesn't do that when I'm in a series info page, it just goes straight to the Open/Save/Cancel file transfer alert thingy.

I just wanted to bring this up in case you guys could easily identify a different in the file-transfer handling between the two pages. I'd like to suggest using the Series Details page method for the New Releases page if possible, if there is a difference, and if it's feasible.
