What manga/series/artist is this please?

Since I can't read Japanese, I've tried searching Baka-Updates Manga for all the series published by Tokuma Shoten in Chara Selection to find similar art, but either I missed it, or it's not there . I really like the art, I'd love to find the rest of it. I'd even appreciate it if you don't know, but you can get a list of the artists in this issue, or smthg to help me narrow down my search (Google gives me nothing helpful, except a site to buy the current issue, which is not what I'm looking for...) Thanks.

Yes, I know it's a yaoi mag x] and, having read through quite a few series, I can't believe I've never seen that art before, and I really want more :P Thanks so much, midnightloon, I'll check it out.

So I have another picture, but for this one, I could have sworn I've read it, but I forget the title. I think it's about a youngest brother (I love his eys xD) stuck between the quiet 2nd eldest and the wild eldest, but that's all I remember. Thanks in advance for all your help!
