trying to find a particular Romance manga, any suggestions?

Im trying to find a manga, i barely remember anything about it, but its a Josei romance,
its about a guys wife who seems to have two personalitys, or was just very mean, the cover shows her with her hip cocked and it is very nicely drawn.
I think its about them meeting for the second time, so it may be his ex wife, very vague i know but if someone could link me ANY suggestions it would be much appreciated. Thanks :-*
