What is the name of this Manga? Please help!

I am looking for a manga. I can't remember the name of it.
It has something to do with fantasy genre.

The main character has some sort of power, sort of fae like.
She's sort of a magician/witch. She has to travel to some
place to receive her wand to be able to use great magic or something.
And there are alot of references to runes and going to the other world (fae/fantasy world)

One day these villains raid the village and kills her blind teacher.
She ventures off to get revenge with the help of her friend.
Along the way she meets various people, for example an
enemy that becomes her friend.

In one of the most recent chapters the main character
can be seen crossing a frozen lake but falls in because
of thin ice.

I have been craving to read this manga/manwha(?) for a long time!
Please help me find the name of it.
