registration problems + unable to login

I recently registered for baka updates manga, but I couldn't find a verification email. When I attempted to log on, a message came up saying that there wasn't a user with that username and when I tried the missing password option, I still didn't receive an email. I also tried re-registering, but I was told my email was already in use by another account.

So could an admin or someone help me please?

registered username was (BIaze) with a capital i instead of the l.

Actually, I can receive a new password, but can't use the account as I can't verify it.
Still need help please!
