the release page problem

the release page problem

when i click on the release page it takes me to a page with a little blue line in the upper left hand corner. this just started happening today. is it just me that is getting this? and how can i fix it?

ok it is on my end. it gives me a blue bar in firefox but works normally in internet explorer. all the other pages work fine in firefox. anyone have a solution to my problem? you will have my eternal gratitude
