For what it's worth, this game does not look like just a filler until Kingdom Hearts 2 and FFXII, but is actually holding it's place as a good game.

i just bought grandia 2 ps2, struggling to get into it at the moment

whereas the .hack series is owning my time :)

Grandia 2 is one of my favorite games of all time. It gets better, however I must admit it is kind of basic.
I seek to do my best in all of life's endeavors.

meh that game lost its touch. It got tiring to play the same level over and over and over..... I am waiting for that new .Hact tho.


I will be getting my gubby paws on Grandia 3. I still have to play 1 and 2 tho.

The Grandia games are, as sparhawk said, very basic games, but they're loads of fun. The style of the game, a wacky adventure, tends to be the running theme for each game.

Grandia 2 on DC has better graphics than the ps2 version (WTF???) ITS TRUE.

Grandia extreme was dissapointing 3 is teh swootness!!!

So I might be buying a dreamcast soon........How much is grandia goin fer these days.


And if you say 90 like Castlevania or 200 Like Disgaea(which I own both of(suckers)) Ill murder you..........

you can always download your games and burn them usng a program called Alcohol 120%

just make sure you have a boot disk /no1

Nothing can match up to the original. The second Grandia was soulless. It had the engine, the trappings, and failed in what makes it more than just a masturbatory exercise in button pressing.

Still, even with that, it's a top calibre game, mostly due to the systems, and care built into the world, as empty as it was.

not really sure but i need to get it as soon as it comes out since a few of the charecters are God killers meaning it will get banned in kuwait like God of War.

hmm i think i played it in the emulator...so i can't really feel its soul......but the story was ok imho....
