So, are you one of those scottish men who is angered by Braveheart's wonderfully awful historic accuracy, or do you revel in pride over how you flashed the english and then proceeded to kill Edward Longshanks with Robert the Bruce.

Braveheart failed on so many levels. Mel "I hate Jews" Gibson's accent was absolutely dire, and he's hardly the best suited person for the part of William Wallace. Fucking midget.

Although I suppose I should thank him, the boost which Braveheart granted the Scottish tourism industry was phenomenal, and I'm pretty sure it led to more people from distant countries loving Scotland (Australia, US, Japan etc), just like people like me love Japan.

I have to admit tho, it was rather amusing when a Japanese tourist asked me last year if every Scottish man flashed their kilts like the army in braveheart. I think I made a face like: " /pif " IRL.

What kind of a PG-13 laser would blind an enemy? You'd want a Bolt of lightning-cum-laser to level a fucking city.

SHOOP DA WHOOP

Also: http://www.hamiltonhodell.co.uk/page.asp?partid=43

This guy would have been twice the William Wallace Gibson was. He's like 6'6" and 280lbs, much better than 5ft-fuck all and 140lbs.

Which just proves the fact that Mel Gibson is a selfish bastard who ruined what could have been a semi-decent film /no1

I used to like Mel Gibson...but now he comes up a lot of scary movies...not literally horror movie jsut too graphic and I see no points to it... The passion, I liked but still too much blood and grap. It's a little overdone. It's like he wants to be that guy who directed kill bill

Don't blame Mel Gibson.

Blame the Jews

they were the ones that did that to Jesus.

History a little too much for your stomach?

If they made another Spartacus movie, you'd see many more times the crucifixes, many more brutal deaths. Welcome to the Roman Empire, enjoy your stay.
